Delivery Terms —

2-3 weeks from receipt of payment to shipping of order. Please note, due to the craftsmanship involved in all designs of the collection, delivery lead time is subject to and is specified by each individual style.

Home Decor:

Rugs — 4-6 weeks from receipt of payment to shipping of order.
For custom sizing, please inquire at

Lighting — 2-3 weeks from receipt of payment to shipping of order.

Wall Hangings — 6-8 weeks from receipt of payment to shipping of order.

Shipping & Returns —

Shipping to The United States:

We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes; US territories; and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. The shipping methods offered will differ based on your shipping address.

Shipping Rates:

We offer free shipping on qualifying orders of $150 and up.

Shipping Method:

Orders will be shipped via the method required to deliver within the set order time frame. Economy orders will be shipped by UPS SurePost and delivered by USPS. Standard, expedited, overnight and Saturday orders will be shipped and delivered by UPS.

Shipping International:

We ship Internationally to over 100 destinations.

Shipping Rates:

We offer a flat rate shipping to our International destinations via Fedex. Pricing will be provided at placement of order.

Duties and Taxes:

All duties and taxes will be calculated at placement of order. Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise. Value Added Tax (VAT) rates are set by the destination country. You will be able to view the total amount of applicable duty and taxes/VAT for your purchase at placement of order.

Return Policy —

STÆRK offers free returns for all orders shipped within the United States, and your order includes a pre-printed UPS return label which can be affixed to the outside of the box for easy return shipment. In order to receive a refund, the merchandise must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in the exact condition in which it was shipped, including plastic packaging, and with the return label completely and correctly filled out.

Once we receive your return, you will receive an email from one of our representatives confirming your return has been received and your refund has been processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for the refund to be processed. Please allow your financial institution up to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.
Orders can be refunded or exchanged for credit at STÆRK Boutique.

Payment Method —

STÆRK Boutique accepts all major credit cards and PayPal, details exchanged and confirmed at placement of order.
